Trackside Solutions provides custom engineering services to manufacturers around the world. The company chose Pear to design a new logo and create a visual identity that better reflected its engineering capabilities. Pear designed a logo and provided the client with brand guidelines to follow on in-house marketing pieces.

Rebranding

Pear designed 25 initial logos for Trackside's consideration. The final logo was prepared in a variety of file types for print, web and embroidery. The corporate identity system specifies colors and fonts to enable the client to be self-sufficient when creating in-house materials. Business cards, stationery and a full library of forms were designed to give Trackside a new branded identity.

Video

Pear proposed creating a video in the Trackside shop to show prospects the company’s capabilities. A black and white format was recommended to mask the ag equipment’s recognizable colors in Trackside’s shop. The solution to use black and white enabled the video producer to create an industrial, gritty tone.

Photography

Photography was shot in color and later converted to black and white to avoid showing recognizable equipment manufacturer brand colors. Pear coordinated the shoot with the photographer and client and provided project management of the photoshoot.
