Point Builders

A merger provided Point Builders with the opportunity to rebrand. Point had previously done all of its marketing in-house and embraced the opportunity to work with an agency. Point hosted a brand reveal party for staff where Pear presented the new logo, corporate swag and business cards. The rebranding was done with a firm transition versus a gradual rollout for the most significant impact.

Logo

Point asked Pear to change the way it looks on the outside, to reflect the progress they had made as a company on the inside. The new logo colors reflect forward-thinking innovation, and the icon with the buildings reflects Point Builders’ experience delivering small, medium and large building projects.

Website

Pear worked closely with Point to gather stories about the most successful projects. Testimonials were gathered, and Pear wrote and designed the website. Pear performs ongoing website maintenance for Point.

Stationery

At the brand reveal party, employees were asked to recycle their old business cards as they were presented with new cards. Stationery, office forms, writing tablets and sticky notes were distributed at the event giving each employee all of the new tools needed to carry out the new brand identity in communications.

Pear has created many print marketing pieces for Point since the rebranding. Direct mail, corporate brochure and niche brochures are a few pieces currently in circulation at Point.

Photography

To create the new print pieces and website, Pear collaborated with a photographer to coordinate photoshoots in Point’s Midwest markets. Photoshoots are ongoing as projects are built.
