Zoo Lights Event at Niabi Zoo Brightens the Holidays

Niabi Zoo hosted its first Zoo Lights holiday event in December. The nighttime event attracted nearly 1,000 visitors who had the chance to see the zoo lit up for the season. Carolers from local high schools provided musical entertainment and Mufasa, the male lion, roared loudly to the thrill of the children visiting the zoo. Consider being a part of Zoo Lights in 2012 by putting up a light display or volunteering your time to string lights throughout the zoo.
