Niabi Zoo Raises Over $20,000 at Golf Event
Thanks to generous sponsors and spirited golfers,
Niabi Zoo raised over $20,000 to help fund a new elephant exhibit. For the
fourth year, Short Hills County Club was selected for the host course and for

Golfers and their families were invited to Niabi
Zoo the Wednesday evening prior to the event for a free BBQ event and endless
carrousel rides. Zookeepers brought around a few of their favorite animals.

The golf outing had a noon shot gun start and
golfers had the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets, mulligans and
participate in on-course events to help support the zoo. Birds and reptiles from Niabi made a special appearance during registration. After golf, there was a brief awards ceremony and
dinner.

This year, team photos were taken with a 12-day
old camel named Rocky.
For the fourth year, the partners of Pear served on the golf outing committee and donated creative services to help make the event a success for Niabi Zoo's fundraising efforts.
